How to ship your cases to Rogers’

Rogers’ Dental Laboratories wants shipping your lab work to be as simple and trouble-free as possible. Please follow this procedure to insure that your case is delivered to us on schedule.

  1. Attach a Rogers’ specific UPS shipping label to your Rogers’ Dental Lab box (provided), or other appropriate mailing box. **Remember to retain the tracking # for tracking purposes, in case package is delayed or lost in the shipping process.
  2. For shipping multiple cases, we request that you send as many cases per box as practical.

  3. If you do not have regular UPS pickups scheduled for your office, you can deliver your package to the nearest UPS location or call Rogers’ at 1-800-278-6046 and advise the customer service representative that you have a pick-up.

Rogers’ will contact UPS and schedule a pick up for you.

(For same-day pick up, you must notify Rogers’ Lab by 1:30 EST.)

Our representative will immediately e-mail or fax a Rogers’ specific UPS label to your office. To prevent any delays or incorrect billing, do not use a hand-written UPS label.
