Roy Rogers

Roy Rogers- President and CEO

Roy began his dental education in 1977 at Cleveland State Community College’s Dental Tech Program. A few years later, he returned as the instructor in the same program, specializing in removables while still operating his own lab. Roy is a specialist in implant cases.


Jay Rogers

Jason Rogers- Vice President

Jason graduated from the Nashville Tech College Dental Technologies program, and started his career in the dental industry in 1992. Jason joined his father as co-owner in 2005. He specializes in removables and CAD/CAM design.

Rob Woosley

Rob Woosley, CDT- Partner/General Manager

Rob is the former president of RW Consulting, based in Huntsville, Alabama. He is a graduate of Indiana University School of Dentistry’s technology program. Rob also serves on the Journal Dental Technology Advisory Board. He has worked in the dental field since 1983, and is a past president of the Florida Dental Lab Association. Rob specializes in removables, with an emphasis on precision attachments.


Jim Gamble

Jim Gamble- Vice President of Sales Marketing and Continuing Education

Jim came to Rogers Dental Lab in 2007 with an extensive background in business, sales and marketing. He is our contact for all of your education and product needs.


Doug Sutton

Doug Sutton- Removable Department Manager

Doug has been in the dental industry since 1984. He is a denture technician who specializes in removable setups. Doug joined the team at Rogers Dental Lab in 2000, and has experience in framework labs.


Lonnie Brewer

Lonnie Brewer- Fixed Department Manager

Lonnie began his career in the dental field in 1983. Formerly an owner of his own lab in Beaverton, Oregon, Lonnie is a certified dental technician who has graduated from various courses in the fixed area. Lonnie also has done work for the Ohio State University Prosthodontic Program.
